Back to the 80's

There was a school social on last Thursday night.
Jordan being the Student Executive Council President
and all was expected to go and dance all night long.
Which he did.
It was set in the 80's, Jordan loved dressing up.
And me I guess. :)
Jordan had a Neil Young top on with his leather
jacket. Some of uncle Jason's big sun glasses
and his Dunlop Volleys.

I on the other hand had exotic make up and a fluro
top. Jeans with leg warmers over top (Thankyou Grandma)
And a denim jacket which I thought was gross but
Mum and Dad insisted I wear it.
Turns out though because I didn't bring my permission
slip back I wasn't able to go in.
So Mum and I went and had tea at Sullivans, then
went grocery shopping, hung out at mums work watching TV,
picked up the other two (Georgia's social was also on).
Had a goodnight with Mum any way.

Pretty as a Princess.

For mutual we have been painting plarks.
It says, 'Princess, Daughter of a Heavenly King'
Each gilr has done one and we plan on
putting them some where in our rooms. :)
Mine is green, was that hard to guess?

Pheobe and Leia. Notice Leia has the same
flanny as me? A few people must shop at woolies.

Louise, I like it how she doesn't hide from the camera. :)

Leia, hides from the camera.

What most will end up like but all different colours.

A True Rural.

I don't understand why Mum doesn't like my
flanny? It just shows the person I am.
She woudn't let me go to Deloraine in it.
And Deloraine is a Rural town. Goodness.

Mum's choice of colours were brown and cream.
I'm glad Mum and Myself are good at sharing. :)

.day six. - wet 'n' wild

So on the sixth day we set off early to Wet
'n' Wild. Dad didn't swim but he filmed us on everything.
It was perfect weather for swimming, like it usually
is up there, and we made the most of it.
For the time being I have this scungy little
logo of Wet 'n' Wild but later on when we can find the
cord to the video camera I will show you what we
really got up to.
Oh and also, if you realise I'm getting slack with blogging
you must take that up with my mother because she controls
how often I am able to come on the computer to blog. :)

.day five. - church & family dinner

So like every other Sunday we went to church.

At Burpengary ward. Uncle Johnny is the bishop.
I was in Holly's Sunday school class then went
to Young Womens with Holly and Ella. Was good fun.
After church we lazed around like any other Sunday.
Then for tea Brett and Kayla, Chad and Kari and the
Gilkes came over. Was heaps of fun. Little Gracie is
a cutie. All of the boys wives are lovely, Kayla, Kerry
and Christa. I never realised how funny Bretty can
be. He made us all laugh all night long. :) Your great
Brett!

.day four. - the city.

So we caught a train into the city.
The girls went shopping together (Mum, Holly,
Christie and Myself).
The boys went shopping together (Dad, Uncle
Johnny, Jordan, Lachlan and Georgia).
I brought heaps. :)
A few tops and well more. ;)
The city is a very pretty place from a view
but I don't really like to be in the middle of it.
It's so crowded, not alot of fun weaving between
people as you walk. I rather look at it from a while away.
After shopping we went to Hungry Jacks
for lunch thenset off to the Ferry.
Uncle Johnny says its a good way to look at the city.
Well boy did we look at the city. We kept waiting for it to
turn around and take us back but it just kept going.
So we realized we would be on there for a while so we
played games such as knuckles, slaps and things like that.
We finally got off after an hour on the water looking
at the city. Ha ha. :)
Then we RAN to fit on the train and get home.

.day three. - the australian zoo

So the Australian Zoo was heaps of fun. So many
animals to see, but my personal favourite must be
the Turtle. It is my all time favourite animal and
check out how big this on is. Cool eyy?
This is George feeding the Elephant.
I was not patient enough for this therefore
the lines were HUGE. But Jordan and Georgia
did. I took pictures which I'm sure they're
very greatful for. :)

This is mother and me hold a gross, large, slimy snake.

I weighed a ton. And was quite hard holding my neck up.

The Elephants ... So kind and gentle

The Tigers were really cool. We watched them play.

They were really cool, and they are really good swimmers.

Rawr!

I saved a Tigers life. By buying a five dollar band

I saved one day of one tigers life. Cool eyy?

.day two. - d.f.o

The second day we did sleep in Anna. :)
The kids got the day off school except Ella.
Ella's grade 12 so school is very important
to her at the moment.
Then we set off for DFO to do some shopping!
And I did some good shopping.
I bought a pair of Billabong thongs for only
$7! I was so happy.
Mum bought Holly and I matching tops.
Aren't they cool? We wore them to
Movie world and Sea world. :D

.day one. - arriving

To begin our trip to Queensland we cleaned the house,
packed our bags and set off to the airport.
We waited at the airport for roughly an hour until
we caught our plane. Our car was taken by Devin,
thanks Dev. On the plane Mum and I had three seats to share
between us. We both tried to sleep, neither of us
were successful. When we finally arrived at
the Brisbane Airport we were to look for Jarom's
car and then try to drive out to the Imms'.
Well Jarom's car was useless, we couldn't see out the
back because of our bags, so every now and then dad would
put his head out the window to see if anything was coming.
The speedo died on us to make things worse.
So we've come to realise all our holidays start off dodgy.
New Zealand, hotel we stayed in had mouse poo and
we heard gunshots in the night.
Fiji, travelled an hour through towns
with kids roaming the streets late at night.
And Queensland, had Jarom's bomb of a car that was
completely useless. :)
When we arrived at the Imms' Aunty Ange showed
us our beds and we soon set off to sleep by midnight,
except Holly and myself.
She was awake when I got into to bed so we had to catch
up and we up until 2am. :(
Then decided we needed sleep. :)
