movie review. =)

I thought Twilight was good. =)

It can't be better than the book obviously but it was good. It had a little funny twist to it as well. If you haven't read the book, you should read it. If you've read the book go see it. Its pretty a good movie. =)I liked it.

My Best Friend.

Sam is my best friend as most of you would know. Well these are some picture from the Stake Young Womens Overnighter a couple of weeks ago. It was good fun. We're always up for some posing for photos.

Thanksgiving.

For mutual last week we had a thanksgiving dinner. Its becoming a bit of tradition in our young womens. We have it at our place and Mum does it all really good. We had roast turkey for main and for desert there was cookies and cream chesecake, chocolate rasberry ganahce cake and banana cream pie. Meg and I decorated the table really pretty, Mum has OCD and had to have absolutely everything in perfect order.

Jordy's Leavers Dinner.

As I'm posting this blog Jordan is at his grade 10 leavers dinner. I couldn't believe how he got ready in only about 10 minutes. It was unreal. He looked very good. He even tucked his shirt in. I think it looks good when he tucks it in but also makes him look gay. Haha.

He went with one of the prettiest girls from school, Kyla Johnston. The car they went in was a car Kyla's Grandpa had been working on for her since she was little and wanted her to be able to take it to the leavers dinner.

They both looked really good.

Bronwyn Elmer & Luke Challis and Beau Pickett & Emily Jordan pretty much stole the show I think. Both the girls had the most gorgeous dresses on. They looked beautiful.


Chooke, Kenna, Jess and Mitch went on one of the school buses. Chooke wanted to because all her school years shes been riding on the Cresswell's buses.

See how pretty Emily's dress is? She lost so much weight for this leavers dinner even though she didn't need to. She looks so good.

And this is Bronwyn with her neice and nephew. (The young girl is one of my best friends, Brookie). I still can't get over how good she looked.
And heres Jordan and Kyla. He was loving every minute, and so was she. He had to also speak tonight and start the snowball dance with Kyla. SEC President. :)

Athetics Carnival at Deloraine High.

A while ago Deloraine High School had their 2008 Athletics Carnival. There is Quamby (red), Rubicon (blue) and Meander (yellow). I'm in Rubicon! We usually win! It gets pretty close between Quamby and Rubicon and Meanders always a few hundred points behind. :)

A while ago, Jordan and I were talking about if we were
to wag school where we would go. (Not that we do or would).
We decided that up a tree would be pretty cool.
So Jordan actually climbed it on the Athletics day.
He got in trouble and told off because he's 'SEC President'. :)

A Weekend Away ...

Well, Jack told me he expected lots of detail in this blog post so here goes ...

A couple of weeks ago on a Saturday we went shopping for Jordys leavers dinner suit. It was pretty fun actually, I like looking at the tys. After shopping and Jordan and I getting lost for an hour we went to meet the Prebbles at K-mart. (Where good times start .. ) We then went home to The Prebbles house. We prepared a picnic and set off for the Gorge. It was a really nice day!! We walked to the Gorge and set up at a picnic table. We used the BBQ to cook the kebabs ... it wasn't so successful. We forgot to take oil which made the kebabs stick really badly. And then we put the rolls underneath the drinks which made them pancakes but over all it was a good picnic. :) The boys went swimming and while Sam and I got our bathers. We both only had our 3/4 jeans so we didn't really plan on swimming. But the boys had a different idea and threw us both in. We screamed all the way but they got us in easily. It was REALLY cold!! We pretty much just relaxed all afternoon and threw the grid iron ball which some dudes were bagging me out about how I couldn't throw. The boys then ran back to the Prebbles and Sam and I waited for Sister Prebble to pick us up. The boys ended up beating us back which we were very surprised about. For tea Sam taught me how to make sushi (without the raw fish). It was really yummy!!

We didn't stay up all night Saturday night. We knew we had church in the morning so we went to bed at about 12. Its always fun going to other wards but no where can beat Deloraine. =) For Sunday School and Young Womens we sat outside for the lessons which was really nice. After church, since it was fast Sunday, we all went home and slept. It was really good. We then had Sister Prebbles really good Pasties for tea. =) Launceston West had a fireside on Sunday night about family home evening which the Prebbles had to do a samll sample of. We (Jordan and I) were lucky enough to join them. It was pretty fun though. After the fireside we did pretty much stay up all night. It was really fun. Jess Bradbury, Dale and Lizzy also stayed up with us and it was all fun ... except for being forced to smell Dales under arms and and socks, he bullies me I swear. The next day Sam and I went to the Craft Fair in Deloraine which was really fun. We just walked around and enjoyed the sun. It was a good weekend. =)

I know, I know. I'm not going to post Halloween much at all because only a hundred other bloggers have, so I can't be bothered. But I just wanted to put this picture on. I'm no photographer or anything but I really like this picture I took at Halloween. Its really cute.

Theo and Cleo.

Before the Halloween party Emily and I got ready as Egyptians. We cut up some old sheets and did some pretty crazy make - up to make ourselves Theodore and Cleopatra. I was Theo the husband and Emily Cleo the wife. Can't believe we didn't get the best couple. :)
My boot was pretty cool, I was in the boot which was covered up with black plastic. They had to put their hand in the hole and I would grab it and spray it with water then put a lolly in their hand. It was really fun. When they tried to look inside to see who it was I sprayed their faces. It was pretty cool. - Harri didn't like it though. :P

Every winter Dad grows his winter beard. When he has it I think he looks weird but by the time he shaves it off he looks weird with out it. This time when he shaved it off he did it bit by bit. He'd come out of the bathroom and make us take a picture of each style. He got really into it and did his hair and even changed hats. It was really funny. Check out these pictures.
